These terms explain the basic rules for using Splitfast. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use Splitfast responsibly and follow these terms.
1. Who can use Splitfast
You may use Splitfast if you can enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
2. Expense records
Splitfast helps groups record shared expenses, balances, and settlement status. You are responsible for the accuracy of the expense information you enter and for resolving real-world payment disputes with your group.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices, trials, renewals, cancellations, and payment methods are shown before checkout. You can cancel from your profile before the next billing period.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Splitfast, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or use the product for unlawful activity.
5. Service availability
We work to keep Splitfast available and reliable, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of liability
Splitfast is provided as a shared-expense tracking tool. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or disputes between group members.
